Ice Pierce means any Ice attack Rama makes will work regardless of what the enemy has to defend against Ice (Null, Repel, or Drain just don't count against her basically). Drain Pierce is a defensive skill, which makes it so your opponent's Pierce attacks won't work on ANY of your defending demons who can Drain that element.
